Laser Lightning's service plans were first developed in response to the requests of our customers - customers who were tired of dialing endless 800 numbers for service only to be told that they had to mail the printer back to the manufacturer for service, or wait days or weeks for a repair person to arrive.

Our service organization is designed to serve you from depot repair to national service contracts. We are HP, Lexmark, Okidata, TallyGenicom and Xerox authorized for warranty and service repairs.
